Blackout Plaid Mini Skirt
The Blackout Plaid kilt is made of black washed red plaid and twill. Cut in the classic Lip Service kilt styled used long ago in the Hounds of Bastardville line, they've made a few awesome modifications to it! The top half of the skirt is made of their standard black twill, the bottom half where the pleats are is a red/white/black or blue/white/black tartan that has been washed over with black so you can sort of see the colour in the background. The kilt is fastened with a snap inside and 2 side straps/buckles. The metal bits are blackened. There is an adorable removable pocket latched onto a strap. When the pocket is removed you have a neat decoration with grommet holes along it.
