If you receive an item and it doesn't fit, you can exchange the unworn item for another size if we have it in stock. You have up to 1 week after receiving the item to contact us to make exchange arrangements.
Items returned after 2 weeks of the arrangement date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions.
Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on exchanges and you will have to pay shipping again to have the replacement item sent to you. Intimate apparel such as panties and swimsuits cannot are final sale. So ask questions before you buy those!
